Great communication & update regarding arrival time. On time arrival. Cheerful, personable, polite & very knowledgeable installer; gave good, clear instructions & tested same. Very good product (hybrid) fitting my needs. It was an excellent experience from start ( the rep's visit) to finish (installation completed). I highly recommend!
